Louie London is a French and Creole restaurant in Covent Garden with grand interiors, an indulgent menu, and plenty of live music to give a party atmosphere any night of the week. The space is mainly made up of the restaurant and Alligator Bar, each with their own menu and style. The main restaurant offers an a la carte menu with options like sesame crusted tuna, snails in puff pastry, and roasted fillet of turbot, as well as desserts such as tarte tatin and exotic pavlova with mango and passion fruit. With the bar menu you can choose from a selection of snacks, such as lobster rolls, Iberico pork cheek croquettes and oysters.
However, for those visiting in a group that would prefer something a little more private, there are two spaces available for hire which would be perfect for celebrations with your nearest and dearest. The top-floor Cabana is perfect for those looking for absolute privacy, as it is totally secluded from the rest of the restaurant. It is able to accommodate 18 for a seated meal and up to 35 for a standing cocktail and canape party. There is also a state-of-the-art 4k projector, screen and sound system perfect for those who want to include a slideshow in their evening, perfect to reminisce on old photos during an anniversary dinner, or for a corporate meeting in a luxury surrounding.
Then a little closer to the action is The Terrace, that still provides some of the electric atmosphere, whilst still allowing you your own private space. Sitting adjacent to the Alligator Bar, it’s perfect for summer events as you can make the most of the London sun whilst you celebrate. Great for a slightly larger party, this area can hold up to 25 people for a seated meal, and up to 35 for standing. It is accessible through a private entrance, with its own smoking area and even has a glass retractable roof just in case the weather doesn’t hold out.
