Le Bab is the product of three friends – Ed, Manu and Stephen, who have been working together and creating delicious kebabs for over eight years. The trio bring with them a treasure trove of new techniques, ingredients and ideas to make something new and exciting of one of the world's most beloved dishes. All three men love kebabs, and enjoy the flavours of Turkish, Persian, South Asian and Lebanese kebabs.

Your guests can expect to find dishes such as the free range chicken shish kebab made with a BBQ marinade, southern fried crispy chicken skin, herb yoghurt, pickled red cabbage, cucumber and celery salsa and a coriander and sweet chilli mayo. From the mezze selection enjoy flame grilled halloumi in smoked honey with a harissa glaze, or the double cooked fries topped with ox cheek, homemade garlic mayo, chilli and chimichurri sauce. The Twinkle cocktail will wash everything down nicely, with a blend of 42 Below vodka, St Germain elderflower liqueur and Prosecco.
