For a casual but stylish lunch, there's Nightingale, an open, bright eatery inspired by European cafes with a tonal, peppermint-green floor and cafe curtain-covered countertop. Here, you could throw a happily relaxed, afternoon feast for 60 guests or put together a networking lunch or dinner. For a really large soiree, the Dovetale Restaurant is stunning. Plush but contemporary design comes together for a trend-led aesthetic, layered with colours and textiles. Helmed by two Michelin-starred Chef Tom Sellers, the menu boasts dishes like English peking duck breast with Mirabelle plum and Epping Forest honey, alongside salt-baked whole wild sea bass to share and cauliflower steak with yeast and grenobloise.
One of the perks of hosting your event at a luxury hotel is access to the penthouse suites, and at 1 Hotel Mayfair, they really are something else. Up to 30 guests can be hosted in the Picadilly Greenhouse Suite which sits on the eighth floor and has panoramic skyline views of Green Park, Big Ben, Palace of Westminster and Piccadilly. With floor-to-ceiling windows, a dining area with a table for six, and a comfy corner sofa for relaxing, it's a multi-use space. Or, there's the Green Park Penthouse with enough room for 60 people, to up the ante even more. For the summer months, there's also plenty of outdoor spaces, like the Dovetale Terrace for 70 guests, the Dover Terrace Suite for 30 guests, or the Garden Terrace Suite for 15.
