The team at Jeru, a Mediterranean in London' Mayfair, describe its concept as a journey - and it's easy to see why. While the ground floor offers all the usual hallmarks of a Mediterranean dining experience, from rustic decor and earthy colour palettes to ambient lighting, dig a little deeper and guests will find themselves exploring much more.
From a Greek-esque courtyard with lemon trees dangling overhead to a plush evening space with DJs and thriving party scene, Jeru is a warren of different experiences, with each room offering something totally unique. And, when it comes to those looking for an event space or private dining area for your next celebration, you're in luck. The team have plenty of options for parties of all sizes and are excited to welcome you for the day or night.
Impressively holding the title as Mayfair's largest restaurant, Jeru is spread over three floors, boasting four different private spaces: the Jeru Garden, Sapphire Room, Wine Cellar and Layla at Jeru. The latter is the largest space at Jeru with a capacity of 120 people standing and between 80 and 85 seated. Situated on the lower ground floor, this beautiful dining room is inspired by the Middle East, with lush greenery and marble-topped counters.
For a night-time event, there can be nowhere grander than the Sapphire Room which has a capacity of 100 people standing and between 60 to 90 people seated, depending on the layout. Here, thick, velvet fabric is draped across the walls, while guests will no doubt be impressed by the hand-crafted, 24 carat gold leaf arched ceiling and glittering chandeliers.
Alternatively, if you were picturing an intimate event, the wine cellar is perfect for just 20 people with views into the wine room, and on the end of the scale, you are also welcome to hire out the entire venue - something which you can discuss with the team.
