Rollo is a female-founded wine bar and eatery and boasts an all-female team, who are passionate about hosting and bringing customers into the space. Of course, it wouldn't be a party without some drinks. The team have curated a brilliant wine list but are also keen mixologists - which we always thinks works well for a welcome drink. Take a look at their signature blends to serve your guests something they haven't tried before, such as The Latin Threesome which mixes white, dark and spiced rum with fresh pineapple chunks, sugar and lime. If classics are your thing, you'll find all the usual crowd-pleasers, as well as a selection of martinis, too.
Onto food, and there's lots to choose from including bowl food and larger plates but we especially like the sound of the smaller plates which are perfect for sharing with a big group. We like the sound of Rollo's signature hand-rolled haggis bon bons with whisky marmalade, as well as the Korean Gochujang oyster mushrooms and plenty of sides, like chunky hand-cut chips, tempura tenderstem broccoli and Dauphinoise potatos with gruyere cheese.
