Venue Lab, the agency known for iconic venues such as Printworks, has signed an exclusive partnership with the co-working solutions company WeWork. The partnership will present two spaces for corporate and private event hire, meaning you can rent a couple of show-stopping WeWork venues for your next event (without even having to be a member!).
The first of these two spaces is The Chapel at Aviation House. Housed in a Grade II-listed building opposite Holborn Station. This self-contained venue is set across two floors. The lower level offers a relaxed social area, ideal for more informal functions, while the upper is well-suited to larger presentations, conferences and drinks receptions of up to 100.
The second of the two buildings is the 16th Floor at 10 York Road, on Waterloo’s iconic South Bank. This is WeWork’s flagship office space, boasting floor to ceiling windows, modern furnishings and - most famously - an enormous outdoor terrace with incredible views of the river and London skyline. It is well-equipped for conferences, meetings and networking events, but can also be used for outdoor receptions and product launches for up to 150 guests thanks to the aforementioned terrace.
WeWork has exploded over the last twelve years, reimagining the co-working and flexible workspace industry. The company became aware of the need for in-person spaces and events and was keen to open two of its most well-known London spaces up to private bookings.
