The
Science Museum in South Ken has revealed the full plans for its pioneering new events space, Illuminate. Collaborating with innovative caterer Moving Venue, the museum will lay on exclusive corporate events packages with a ‘one-of-a-kind’ feel.
Special attention is being paid to the food, which will ‘complement the museum's ethos of innovation and discovery’.
Set to become one of the capital's buzziest events spaces, Illuminate has an impressive audio-visual capability, thanks to partner White Light. The tech pro will add a layer of visual expertise to the specified conference zone within the historic museum by contrasting the classic look of the building with contemporary lighting flair.
The Illuminate space – located on levels 4 and 5 of the
Science Museum – has a capacity of 400 sitting and 450 for standing receptions.
But it's not all about newfangled technology: there are striking panoramic views of the capital from level 5's windows, allowing daylight to flood in for early events and an extra dose of ambiance during the evening.
