Whatever the occasion, be it a corporate function, celebratory dinner, birthday drinks party or even a wedding reception, the team at Hadley House are on hand to ensure that you and your family, friends, colleagues or business partners have the best experience possible. Owner Elton Keka (who has worked at big name restaurants including Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, Fortnum & Mason and Searcys), along with his dedicated events team, takes pride in creating the perfect setting for your event, whichever space you book.
There are three spaces available for hire at Hadley House: The King George Room, the whole of the downstairs, and a semi-private space. The King George Room can accommodate up to 60 for meetings or private dining, and up to 100 for standing receptions. The space is a blank canvas and staff can custom design the room for you or help execute your designs, so whatever you have in mind can almost certainly be realised.
The downstairs space is vast so lends itself well to large parties or meetings. It has room for 110 seated guests or 250 standing guests. The semi-private space – idea for smaller gatherings of up to 20 seated or 25 standing guests – is perfect for celebratory get-togethers in the main bustle of the bar/restaurant.
Menus at Hadley House celebrate seasonality through modern European cuisine, so depending on the kind of food you require for your event, you might encounter starters such as seared scallops with parsnip puree and pancetta, or perhaps a selection of cured meats. Mains include the likes of 28-day aged steaks, along with meat and vegetarian burgers, salads, pizzas and pasta dishes. Desserts take the form of classics such as warm chocolate brownie with ice cream, and crème brulee, though anyone who fancies drinking their dessert can opt for a dessert cocktail such as the decadent tiramisu.
