This elegantly refurbished pan-Asian restaurant specialising in Japanese, Chinese & seafood dishes is owned by a Hong Kong-born couple who have recruited five chefs from the Far East to create authentic food of note, including dim sum, sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki. There are nine dining spaces to choose from, including two sunken Japanese rooms complete with waterfall & koi carp. Among the dishes are salmon teriyaki, Peking duck, teppanyaki sea bass with flat noodles & bok choi, & rare tuna with wasabi, while mango jelly with coconut parfait & red beans makes a great dessert. Various sakes form part of the drinks list & service is attentive.
