Our commitment to using high-quality local suppliers extends from our butchers, vegetable suppliers and even to our pottery (Matt Jones Ceramics) who have hand-made our crockery. We believe in giving back to the local economy that does so much to support us. Our goal is to bring a food destination to Tretower/Crickhowell.
Our kitchen is headed by our chef and owner Connor Turner, from Llangynidr. Connor has worked in some of the best kitchens Wales has to offer, from award-winning gastro pubs to Michelin-starred restaurants. After winning a variety of accolades he decided to bring his own style of cooking to his local area.
