Avery warm welcome to the Walter's Restaurant website. Walter's is Chef Peter Zemla's restaurant hosted on the edge of the Cotswolds; at the Wheatsheaf Inn in the village of Badsey, Evesham, in the county of Worcestershire.
Chef Peter Zemla is inspired by the best of local produce to give you the very best dining experience. The menu changes frequently following the seasons and the availability of the best ingredients.
Walter's has regular theme evenings allowing Chef Peter to highlight regional cuisine with his own interpretation of classic and not so well known dishes.
Friday sees Chef taking the best from the catch landed around the UK coast to give us our Fishy Friday specials - often available Saturday by arrangement.
