Table for 6, one in a wheelchair booked for 6pm on Thursday 15th December. On arrival entered a very small, dark car park and could not see any disabled parking. Very difficult to get my wife out of the car , when we finally got into the pub, I told a staff member that a table for six was booked for 6pm. She looked at my wife in the chair and asked if we could get up one step. Well no, that is why we asked for a table suitable for a wheelchair. The girl then put a table to the side of a table for four and seated us at it. When we got to the carvery it was dismal, although the meats were fine, the rest was appalling. The Yorkshire Puddings were flat and the veg was cold, tasteless and the roast potatoes were rock hard. The most annoying part is shortly after we were served the Carvery was refreshed, it should have been done long before it was.
The staff were pleasant and that is the only upside to this establishment, very, very poor.
