The Refinery is a bar and restaurant situated in the heart of Edinburgh. Overlooking St. Andrew Square, you can enjoy drinks on the terrace, or a meal from the seasonal, all-day menu. The décor is contemporary and stylish.
Pop in for cocktails and nibbles – choose from a great selection of sharers such as the classic charcuterie board, mezze platter or go for one of the topped sharing flatbreads. You can also opt for a mix of small plates such as smoked aubergine and mozzarella arancini, salt and szechuan pepper squid or grilled tofu and shitake mushroom skewers.

If you’re looking for something special for dessert you will find a coconut yoghurt ice cream sandwich on the menu which is served with strawberries and pomegranate, and a tonka bean panna cotta with comes with poached rhubarb and ginger meringue.
Finish off your evening with a tipple, try the Gaelic coffee which is served with J and B rare whisky, sugar and cream, or the classic espresso martini. There is also a good selection of soft drinks, tea, herbal tea and coffee available on the menu.
