Inside The Pearl you will be welcomed by a fusion of stylish design and timeless elegance. With a sophisticated interior adorned with round tables, velvet chairs and tasteful decor, the restaurant provides an inviting setting for a memorable dining occasion. Begin your experience at The Pearl with a selection of oysters and seafood. Order a half dozen of Jersey rocks or plate of Scottish langoustines, or perhaps a plateau de fruits de mer for two, including rock oysters, Atlantic prawns, langoustines, mussels, smoked salmon and crab mayonnaise, served cold on crushed ice with house mayonnaise, shallot relish and lemon. If you prefer something from land than sea, why not try the parma ham with celeriac remoulade and sourdough bread, or buffalo mozzarella with grilled focaccia, tomatoes, capers and olive salsa.
The main menu includes plenty of delights, including charcoal grilled flat iron chicken, butterflied and served with lemon and thyme marinade, lamb cutlets in eastern spices, and a surf and turf dish. Wild Alaskan black cod with sweet miso sauce, and linguini puttanesca are also on the delectable menu. Dessert includes a selection of English and Continental cheeses, served with celery, grapes and biscuits, seasonal fresh fruits with mango sorbet, and warm chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream. Bottomless brunch is available every day between 12 and 4pm, and includes two courses with your choice of champagne cocktails, prosecco or mocktails. Choose your drink from a selection of Bellinis, the Pretty Woman, Kir Royale or a classic Mimosa.
For your main, maybe you'll order the smashed avocado and smoked salmon with crumbled feta and poached eggs or a grilled steak and fries. The Sunday roast menu serves diners either two or three courses, beginning with bayonne ham and celeriac remoulade, roast Scotch beef with garlic, rosemary and all the trimmings, and finishing with cookies and cream ice cream.
