Paul’s comes from a classically trained background having trained in France. His style of cooking is Modern British & Classical French with an emphasis on taste & seasonality.
He uses meticulously sourced local ingredients which are in abundance here in Herefordshire!
His menu is constantly changing in line seasonality & local availability.
