Aptly-named Cocotails are a big thing at Coconut Tree and created using the defining flavours of Sri Lanka. Its twist on a Negroni, for example, is spruced up with Sri Lankan botanical gin, Suze gentian root liqueur and Belsazar White Vermouth. And you can expect plenty more twists-on-a-classic where that came from! Keep your eyes peels for its sharing cocktails (for four) if there’s a large group of you, while mocotails (non-alcoholic) complete the offering.
