If you're planning on booking in at F1® Arcade Birmingham, it's probably not for the restaurant. The main attraction of this F1® racing experience is, of course, the range of bespoke full-motion racing simulators which make for an incredible day out, team building event or birthday party.
But, thats what the team at F1® Arcade Birmingham thought you might say - and so, they've gone above and beyond to ensure that the experience's food and drinks offerings win first place, too. Starting with the space; the restaurant has loads of room and a dynamic design, from the checkered flooring to the statement bar which boasts terracotta marble and patterned seating.
If visiting F1® Arcade Birmingham as a group, you might want to take advantage of the selection of smaller plates and sharing dishes, which are perfect for ordering for the table. In particular, the Spanish seabass ceviche with Tobiko caviar, radish, pink grapefruit and coriander sounds rather tasty, as does the dynamite fried chicken and crispy coconut tiger prawns.
The flatbreads also make for a great sharing option with toppings like Moroccan ground lamb with aged feta, fresh mint and tomato. As does the selection of tacos with fillings like chilli Cornish white crab with mango and lemon, and wild miso mushroom with roast romanesco and dhukka spice.
If you're not in the mood to share, the larger plates are perfect for a traditional main course and include treats to sink your teeth into like the F1 Arcade Wagyu Beef Burger with truffle cheese, sweet red onion and chilli tomato mayo and the free-range chicken ceaser salad. The team have also been careful to include lots of gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options, too.
On the drinks menu you'll find a pleasing mix of bespoke cocktails - we like the sound of the Pole Position with Bobby’s dry gin, pink grapefruit, egg white, lemon and Franklin & Sons cherry and damson soda.
