The Bowery is a smart, brasserie-style pub located in south Belfast. While this venue offers informal dining and a place to watch live sports coverage, the glamorous decor makes it worthy of a nice meal out with friends, too.
The interior design is a highlight of visiting The Bowery with features such as glossy parquet flooring, a tiled bar and glittering pendent lighting. Throughout the restaurant you’ll notice period-style features such as wooden wall panelling which has been painted a luxurious, rich green. Postbox red leather seating livens up the scheme by adding a pop of colour, interspersed with plush banquettes and bar stools.
If dining al fresco is up your street, you’ll be pleased to know that there’s a covered, heated terrace so that you can feel the breeze on your face without getting chilly. The outdoors area is decorated with string fairy lights and natural-hued, woven seating.
The are three menus to choose from at The Bowery; lunch, dinner and Sunday roasts. The lunch menu offers both smaller plate such as crispy buffalo chicken wings and larger plates like fish and chips, Thai green curry and the Bowery burger. The dinner menu includes dishes such as roast rump of lamb and pan roasted hake, alongside sticky toffee pudding and espresso martini brûlée.
