Not just a fish & chip shop, these guys still operate as a fishmongers, so freshness and quality is second to none. Don’t expect the classic cod, scampi and fishcakes though (woe betide anyone who asks for a battered sausage): tuna burgers, lobster subs, grilled oysters and moules marinière are order of the day, with Mrs Sutton’s sticky toffee pud to follow. They’ve helpfully licensed the dining space, so those who don’t fancy pretending they’re by the seaside by eating chips out of paper on a park bench can settle down with a glass of wine or local beer.
