The building that Spark Bar & Kitchen occupies was originally a 17th Century timber framed building fronting the town centre market place. The building was refronted and rebuilt in the 19th century. The original timber frames remain, offering the homely atmosphere diners at Spark Bar & Kitchen have come to expect.
