This US import already boasts over 80 sites across America, and now it’s flown on over to the UK. Guests can expect a fast-casual dining experience, completed by interiors splashed with deep red and a dose of Southern hospitality from friendly staff.
Slim Chickens’ signature dish is its chicken tenders, which are marinated in buttermilk, coated in breadcrumbs and cooked fresh to order. To accompany your tenders, you can pick from a range of 13 house dipping sauces, which varieties ranging from house ranch and honey mustard, to garlic parmesan and mango habanero.
Elsewhere on the menu, you’ll find chicken sandwiches and wings, as well as Southern-style sides, such as fried pickles, mac ‘n’ cheese and Texas toast (a sort of thick garlic bread). To keep you entertained, there’s the streaming of American sports games and a soundtrack of modern blues songs.
