Head Chef and owner Jonny is very passionate about food; trying to use fresh local ingredients as much as possible and to provide consistently good food leaving the kitchen. With more than twenty years of experience within the industry Jonny has spent 10 years in Scotland working and running some of the best award-winning kitchens. He has gained experience working at senior level for some of the biggest companies and well-known chefs within the industry including Paul Rankin and Jamie Oliver to name but a few.
