Starters on the menu kickstart your Italian cuisine journey brilliantly, and include focaccia with grilled aubergines, zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes and basil pesto, along with the funghi trifolati, which is a dish of oyster, shiitake and chestnut mushrooms that are sauteed in garlic and parsley, grilled pancetta, and with a poached egg, truffle oil and parmesan.
For pasta and risotto, enjoy the mezze maniche with Italian sausages, asparagus, lemon and parsley, a deliciously classic dish of spaghetti cacio e pepe with plenty of cheese, butter and freshly ground pepper, and lobster fettuccine. There are main dishes, too, including the grilled yellowfin tuna steak, merluzzo and monkfish tail, whilst meat options span veal shank, barbecued and marinated lamb steak and strips of beef fillet. We'd definitely stack up on the sides, which sound exquisite. Choose from sauteed potatoes with onions, zucchini fritti and black truffle chunky chips with parmesan.
