Ognisko Restaurant is on the ground floor of the beautiful and elegant building that is the home to the Polish Hearth Club on Exhibition Road, South Kensington. Our restaurant and bar are both open to the public for lunch, dinner or drinks seven days a week.
With a large terrace overlooking communal gardens, we’re ideal for alfresco dining during the sunnier periods. We also have a large events space on the first floor that is ideal for weddings, parties and corporate events, while it can also cater for smaller parties and dinners.
Ognisko is positioned on the road of many world-class museums, including the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum. Also the area is home to the English National Ballet, the Royal Albert Hall and the Serpentine gallery, making South Kensington one of the most important cultural destinations in London.
For those that love to shop, South Kensington rivals any other area of London for choice. Just a short walk away from Ognisko is Kensington High Street – home to a large number of upmarket shops. Whilst Sloane Avenue and nearby Fulham Road is the place for designer brands, catering to fashion aficionados. But there is much more beyond “haute couture” in South Kensington and the area is also famous for its antiques stores and the eclectic mix of unique boutiques.
