Noble Palace is a fine dining Chinese restaurant in the heart of London serving authentic dishes in a vibrant atmosphere. Aiming to emulate the fine cuisine once enjoyed by the old emperors of China, the menu draws inspiration from all eight culinary regions to give diners a full insight into the breadth of flavours you can find across the country.
Expect to see traditional dishes and familiar favourites such as Peking duck and fried rice elevated with contemporary finesse, seasonal ingredients and impeccable technique from the chefs. Having been designed according to the practice of Feng Shui, the 70 cover dining room offers a relaxed yet sophisticated ambience, consisting of curved lines, and warm tones and featuring 111 hand blown glass lights that can be adjusted to complement the season and time of day.
There are a variety of dining options at Noble Palace, suitable for all occasions, whether you're stopping by for a quick indulgent lunch with a friend or settling in for a long leisurely dinner. The a la carte menu features an extensive collection of authentic dishes from dim sum to udon, vegetarian dishes to seafood and more. Signature dishes at Noble Palace include the likes of wild Scottish lobster with black fungus Sichuan dressing, drunken chicken in superior rice wine and seared Kobe beef fried rice with quail egg, some of which need to be pre-ordered in advance due to seasonal availability. Perhaps the most popular dish is the roasted Peking duck which showcases the chef's skillful technique. The duck is flambeed before being carved tableside and served with handmade black truffle steamed pancakes with beluga and imperial gold caviar, an enticing and theatrical affair.
