No. 1 Harbourside opened its doors in Bristol back in 2010, and the team had set out to show the people of Bristol that the community that this was not just another bar. The establishment is an independent spot for those wanting to create good memories whilst enjoying fantastic music, and enjoying food and drink with ingredients from local producers. Whether you're looking to sip pints in the sun in the warmer months, or hunker down in the cosiness of No. 1 Harbourside in the winter, here, you can enjoy delicious offerings with a friendly welcome. No. 1 Harbourside is the sister of The Canteen on Stokes Croft, and The Old Market Assembly, with all three of the venues having their own identity yet following the same ethos of seasonal, local and sustainable goods.
Lunch is served from Tuesday through to Sunday, whilst brunch is served throughout the weekend. Working with some of their favourite suppliers, No. 1 Harbourside serves up a range of tasty toasties, burgers, and classic full English breakfasts. Those with a sweet tooth should be sure to always check out the sweet treats menu. Here, you can choose from fresh Belgian style waffles that are made in house and topped with all the deliciousness that you fancy - from chantilly cream, chocolate sauce, caramelised fruit and nuts. There is also a wide selection of ice creams and special desserts.
The burger menu is served from 4pm Monday through to Saturday, and includes vegan options such as BBQ marinated tempeh with jalapeno mayonnaise, slaw, crispy onions, pickled jalapenos and BBQ sauce, plus loaded fries with delicious burger fillings on them such as pulled pork and cheese.
