What: We’ve seen a glimpse of what a warm summer in London could look like and we’re not ready to let the dream die. Party at a drum ‘n’ brass brunch
What: This Saturday, Plateau Restaurant, Bar & Grill is teaming up with Old Dirty Brasstards to bring a ten-piece drum ‘n’ brass band to its bottomless brunch party. Alongside the tunes, guests can tuck into a menu featuring the likes of spicy crab with scrambled eggs on toast, and sweet dishes such as Oreo French toast topped with whipped cream. Guests can enjoy two courses plus bottomless Prosecco or rosé wine for under £50 – cheers to that!

Enter an Instagrammer’s paradise
What: To celebrate cherry blossom season in Japan, P.F. Chang’s Asian Table launched Instagram oasis The Bloom Room, which is full of floral delights. It shuts up shop on Monday, so now’s the time to make the most of limited-edition cocktails such as The Sakura Dream (vodka, pink grapefruit juice, guava juice, lemongrass) and desserts including the Pink Paradise, a large macaron filled with fresh raspberries, matcha ganache and rose ice cream.

Pretend you’re in Havana at Rotunda’s rum terrace
What: Rotunda Bar & Restaurant in King’s Cross has launched a 'Rum Garden by the water’, in partnership with Havana Club. Open until September, Rotunda's summer terrace offers up a range of rum cocktails and Caribbean-style food. There’s also a bottomless rum brunch for those looking to keep the island vibes going all afternoon.
