If you have a junk drawer filled witth old pizza vouchers from some of London's big-name pizza chains, now could be your time to finally cash them in for some free food.
NXT LVL PZA is a plant-based London pizza restaurant which claims that its vegan pizza is comparable to the best meat-lovers dishes from brands like Pizza Hut, Domino's, or Pizza Express - and the team is willing to prove it. The restaurant has launched a campaign that will run through to the end of March that allows customers to bring in any pizza brands voucher, promotional material, or flyer to NXT LVL PZA's Old Compton Street location and cash it in, in person, for a free pizza. If you don't have a voucher, you're still able to get a 7'' pizza for just £4, three pizzas for £10, or five pizzas for £15. All options are also available on the restaurant's website, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat.
The restaturant is doing this campaign because the team wants to make vegan options the norm at all types of restaurants around the globe. NXT LVL PZA claims that it is "secretly vegan," and that its 'meaty' pizzas are so good that they could fool a meat-eater. The restaurant offers flavours like the Spice Invaders pizza with roquito pepper pearls and Verdino pepperoni slices, or the Fifajita pizza with peppers, jalapenos, and Meatless Farm chicken bites. It says it's confident that it can change consumers minds about veganism, one pizza at a time, thus creating an ethical and more sustainable environment that does not sacrifice taste.
The restaurant has always focused on unorthodox approaches to spreading awareness about veganism; for example, it became the first pizza restaurant in the world to accept Fifa Coins as payment. There are plans to continue this theme of original marketing by crowdfunding for "the future of our planet" later this month, and customers can find more information about their business motivations on their website.
