As the anticipation for the final series of Game of Thrones reaches a fever pitch, a new supper club themed around the global phenomenon is coming to the capital.
Launching this April at The Vaults in Waterloo, ‘Dinner is Coming’ is an immersive spoof dining experience inspired by the fantasy drama.
True to form, the evening will see gluttonous feasting, as well as plot twists, allegiance challenges and royal celebrations, all mixed in with theatre and comedy.
Guests are encouraged to dress for the occasion
The story follows the marriage between the heir to the Several Kingdoms, Jaffrey Bearathon, and Margarine, the beautiful daughter of the noble Trywell Family. Guests are invited to come together to celebrate the loving union of the two families through an evening of food, drink and laughter.
However, with Game of Thrones as the inspiration behind the experience, you can bet a White Walker that things won’t go according to plan. As the revelry continues into the night, guests must be prepared to scupper their moral compasses and stab fellow revellers in the back (metaphorically, of course).
The limited-time only experience kicks off this April
As this is an immersive spectacle, guests are encouraged to really get involved and arrive dressed as part of their chosen house – whether that be a richly decorated Lord or Lady from 'Easteros', an armoured warrior or a rag-wearing peasant.
Tickets to Dinner is Coming are priced between £30-55 per person, and include food and a specially designed drinks menu. The experience lasts for three hours and the on-site bar will be open until late after performances on Fridays and Saturdays.
