Maggie’s Grill was founded in 2014 by Sebastian Lord and Richard Parfitt.
Using locally sourced produce and armed with Maggie’s own cookbooks brought back from New
Orleans, the boys embarked on a culinary journey of discovery with one simple mission in mind; to
create a relaxed dining environment in which their guests can enjoy home cooked soul food.
Learning the craft of barbequing and Cajun cooking, while engaging with only the best local
butchers, farmers, bakers and breweries, has led to a winning formula enjoyed by the boys’
customers over the last 8 years. Seb, Richard and their amazing kitchen team grill, smoke, fry, pickle,
cure and bake with their hearts, while their front of house team always provide service with a smile.
