We are a Mediterranean Spanish family, who like to sit at the table, talk about life and laugh at our stories while we eat a good meal and drink a glass of red wine; we like to live life, because it is these little things that give us meaning.
It was at one of these meals that the idea for Lola&Co arose. Offer our neighbors, friends and visitors of Tetbury a Spanish, Mediterranean, English product of the highest quality and that with the flavors they could discover a piece of the Majorcan beach, or the Costa Brava, or the Spain of Cervantes and the mills, all with an old Georgian and Victorian atmosphere reflecting the old rural England of Tolkien and Chesterton that many have now forgotten.
From an early age, my husband and I have dreamed of being able to unite the concept of the arts and aesthetics. In a world where there is more and more division between these two, we decided to unite these two concepts in one space; Lola&Co, with something fundamental, food.
