Lock 91 is a historic, 19th century Lock Keeper's cottage in the city centre of Manchester that acts as a bar, wedding venue and private hire space. Decorated wonderfully yet retaining some of its original beauty, Lock 91 has much to offer Manchester’s residents and visitors.
The cocktail menu at Lock 91 is a work of art, and each drink has been crafted to include vibrant colours, intricate details and lavish garnishes. For a short cocktail, try the Kiss Don't Tell with JJ Whitley, Briottet fraise des bois, fresh raspberries, marmalade, lemon juice, cranberry juice and egg white, and the Picante de La Casa with Cazcabel Reposado, agave syrup, red chilli, coriander and fresh lime juice. For longer drinks, try the Fallen Angel with Bumbu, Orgeat, Briottet Litchi and coconut milk, with lime juice, Canadian maple and fresh orange juice. There are many martinis on the menu, including the Medusa made with Botanist, Midori melon liqueur, La Fee Parisian Absinthe, fresh basil, lemon juice and cloudy apple juice.
