When my wife and I arrived in London over 40 years ago, we had one burning ambition: to bring the flavours, generosity and hospitality of the Mediterranean to London. We opened our doors in 1996 serving authentic Mediterranean cuisine and even now, the most discerning diners fall in love with our food.
You might think that our food takes only minutes. Well, it does and it doesn't. It arrives in minutes but in fact, the secrets behind the food have taken a lifetime. Many lifetimes in fact to perfect. It’s a generational thing. The best recipes passed down from one family to another. After all, we are a small family-run kitchen with a rich culinary heritage.
We cook our grilled food over a charcoal fire because it makes food taste better. We love simple, honest cooking with loud colours and big, bold flavours. This also comes across in our laid-back hospitality and our unique Mediterranean inspired setting, both of which will welcome you when you open our doors.
