Lunch includes a cup of the rump, which is the restaurant's signature cut, along with South American sausage, chicken thighs marinated with paprika, Brazilian style alcatra, cured pork with pineapple, and pork collar with honey, lemon and cinnamon. At dinner time, you'll be given options of tender cubes of fillet marinated with black pepper, stunning chargrilled lamb rump, skirt steak that is marbled, juicy rib eye and a butcher's choice of meats (all of these dinner cuts are in addition to the lunch options).
For those who prefer fish, vegetarian and vegan options, order the grilled salmon with parsley sauce, a basil and pine nut ravioli, and sweet potato and chickpea arancini. Hot sides include the black bean stew, fries with truffle oil and parmesan and creamy garlic mushrooms.
A new offering in 2023, Jardim launched a bottomless brunch menu on Saturdays. Enjoy menu dishes alongside a legendary salad bar, as well as bottomless drinks. Try the Brazilian mixed grill with grilled sausages, gammon, chicken, black pudding and pineapple, or the waffles topped with fruits and cream. On the side, order some loaded fried or Brazilian black beans with toasted cassava flour. Cocktails range from a Brazilian Pink G&T with Vitoria Regia gin, grapefruit and artisan pink citrus tonic, or the Cherry and Watermelon Cooler shaken up with fresh watermelon, cherry seltzer and pisco.
