Indulge is a family run business in the coastal town of Llandudno in North Wales. Founded in 2018 by the Walker family, the team have managed to secure multiple awards and create a lovely environment where customers can enjoy great food and a wide selection of drinks, cocktails and fine wines. This charming restaurant invites guests in, welcoming you to immerse yourself in a culinary journey that celebrates the finest flavours using seasonal produce and local ingredients.
Limitless lunch is served every Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday in an option of two sittings. In a similar vein to bottomless brunch, drinks are limitless for the 90 minute booking. For dishes, guests can choose from a steak and onion ciabatta and crispy TFC chicken wrap, to a chicken burger with garlic mayo and halloumi and sweet chilli mayo burger.
When it comes to the main menu, the bites and boards section is served individually, or in a deal for three. Choose from honey mustard glazed chipolata sausages and cauliflower cheese croquettes to beer battered fish bites and BBQ pulled pork bonbons. Main courses at lunchtime include an 8oz beef patty, crispy chicken breast, streaky bacon, mature cheddar, onion rings, skinny fries and creamy coleslaw, braised lentil hot pot and creamy wild mushroom linguine with truffle, rocket and parmesan. The evening menu offers a do of Duck, breast and confit leg, carrot textures, sweet red cabbage, pomme anna, crispy kale and duck sauce, garlic roasted tofu with hasselback potatoes and sauteed wild mushrooms and onions, along with a fish pie served with cheddar mash, creamy seafood bechamel and buttered greens.
On Sundays, you may like to visit Indulge for a delicious and hearty roast. Whether choosing roast chicken breast, sirloin or beef or selection of all the meats and trimmings, each dish is served with plenty of seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes and gravy.
