Homeslice has certainly made a name for itself with its wood-fired pizza ovens. Having already set up shop in Covent Garden, Fitzrovia, Shoreditch, and the City’s Bloomberg Arcade, it’s now found a home on the former site of Television Centre in White City. The restaurant serves up just one thing and that’s massive 20” pizzas. The innovative toppings, which change periodically, are what set Homeslice apart from other run-of-the-mill pizzerias. You can mix toppings, so you might find a combo of salami, rocket, Parmesan, goat shoulder, savoy cabbage and sumac yoghurt. Staff are happy to advise on the fun selection of cocktails, including the likes of a Strawberry and Thyme Sour. There are also craft beers and house wines in measurable magnums, so you only pay for what you drink.
