Fredwell is an amalgamation of ideas from Multi Award Winning Interior Designer; Jak Bjornstrom & Entrepreneur of the Year Strategist; Chris J Birch.
More of a love project than a Commercial Project, Fredwell was born from the former muck heap on a Stable Yard in Cowbridge. The pair pulled their strengths into creating a Building that would be as much a feast for the eyes as it would be for the Clientele coming through the door.
The Menu is lovingly created and drawn from Local Businesses to Chris & Jaks Farm in France, whilst bringing together the best of Welsh Distributors and creators.
