Elondi Bar and Terrace sits at the top of Hyatt Regency in Stratford and offers a chic spot to unwind over a glass of something from the extensive drinks list. The decor is contemporary with bold blue walls, and orange chairs, along with a marble bar and gold accents throughout. By day, the space is flooded with natural light from the floor to ceiling windows, and during the evening there are stunning views of the city skyline.
The bar offers a selection of nibbles and small gourmet snacks, all of which are cooked to order and come with first class service. In the morning you’ll be able to choose from the likes of pastries, pancakes and eggs royale, with lunch offerings including chicken caesar salad, club sandwich and salmon burgers. In the evening however, you can expect plenty of snacks and sharing plates, such as cod goujons, chicken lollipops and mushroom arancini.
To drink, Elondi bar has everything from pale ales and draught beers through to a carefully curated list of wines. The cocktail menu also provides something for everyone, including signature cocktails like mango margaritas and white negronis, and classics with a twist like an English Spritz and lychee martini.
Then for when weather permits, you can head out onto the spacious terrace which has a combination of wicker chairs and sofas, perfect for a laissez-faire lunch - complete with an awning to give some shelter for if the weather turns.
The Elondi terrace has paired up with Gusbourne Vineyard, in Kent, to provide some of the finest English wine this country has to offer, available by the glass or bottle. With a classic Brut reserve, sparkling rose and still rose all available, there’s a tipple for every mood and occasion.
