Stephanie spent her life gathering knowledge on food and wine, learning the art of cooking in Paris, and sharing her knowledge in Cheltenham for the last decade. Stephanie has become a familiar face in Gloucestershire throughout the years, working with the best restaurants in the county, including Michelin Star venues. She created and managed, until 2016, an award winning Seafood restaurant in the heart of the Cotswolds before moving on with only one thing in mind, realise the dream of creating a new concept around Cheese & Wine.
This new concept would be called Domaine 16, it would be based in her adoptive town, Cheltenham, and it would have for primary goal to bring people together. It would celebrate all things Cheese and Wine, and would do it in a unique way.
