International restaurant group Caramel already has locations in the States and Dubai, but this South Ken spot is its first London location. The interiors are a sleek mix of marble surfaces, Italian ceramic tiles and copper finishes, while the restaurant and lounge seats over 100 guests. Open all day, the menu takes guests through from breakfast to dinner with brunch and afternoon tea in-between. Choose from beef sliders, lobster tempura, Chinese chicken salad and honey and pecorino ravioli. The bar meanwhile sends out an extensive range of cocktails, including a Brompton Garden which mixes orange-infused gin, lime and a bitter orange and elderflower tonic.
