Transporting customers to the heart of Spain, Campo Blanco in North Manchester serves up tapas and Mediterranean delights to those looking to taste authentic Spanish cuisine. A family run restaurant in Whitefield, the Campo Blanco team are passionate about serving good quality, freshly prepared food alongside a great selection of drinks.
The restaurant also has a sister joint, Campito, a speakeasy style bar, open for pre-meal drinks and weekends of fun. Dishes arrive as and when they’re ready, and are served in a tapas sharing style for the table. Campo Blanco recommends three to four dishes per person, and there’s no shortage of choice. From traditional hummus and flatbread and meat and cheese platters, to tomato and manchego salads and pulled beef empanadas, there’s something for everyone on this menu. Seafood lovers will enjoy the sardine fillets tossed in garlic butter and fresh tomatoes and crispy squid in chillies and aioli. Of course, there's plenty of slow-cooked paella on the menu, with vegan, meat, fish and seafood options available.
The well-curated wine list offers a selection of Spanish wines that perfectly complement the flavours of the cuisine, transporting diners to the vineyards of Spain with every sip. The team at Campo Blanco will be able to help you pair your wine perfectly with the dishes you choose. Fun, Spanish takes on desserts - like the Nutella empanadas and dulce de leche churros are not to be missed, so make sure you save room for dessert. Sangria Sessions are Campo Blanco's versions of bottomless brunch. Bottomless jugs of sangria (beer, wine or Aperol Spritz if you prefer) are served for 90 minutes, as long as guests order at least three tapas dishes. This offer is available between 12 and 3pm every day that the restaurant is open, which is Wednesday through to Sunday.
