Russell started as an apprentice chef 27 years ago He moved onto the London 5 star hotels, working at some of the leading hotels of the world, including 4 years at the world-renowned Dorchester in park lane. He then spent some time in Melbourne Australia in another leading 5 star hotel before returning back to London and back to the Dorchester and next moving to the Grove in Hertfordshire. Most recently, Russell worked for the Doyle collection as Executive chef.
