Done out in pared-back urban style with lots of exposed wood and brick, standing timbers, joists and beams, the Brooklyn Bar naturally takes the Big Apple as its theme – so you know what to expect. The owners are big on US craft beers, offering brews from the likes of Brooklyn, Dixie, Goose Island and Samuel Adams alongside wines and classic American-themed cocktails: giant glasses of Martini are a specialty, but also check out NY Collins, Long Island Iced Tea, Madison Square Mojito and Downtown Daiquiri. Burgers and other plates of food come from the NY Burger Kitchen upstairs – simply place your orders at the bar. As for the soundtrack, get into the groove with a mix of funk, soul, disco, hip-hop and chart-inspired music.
