Culinary legend Gordan Ramsay's restaurant empire has expanded once more with Bread Street Kitchen & Bar Ealing, adding a West London branch to his fleet of eight. Similarly to the others, it has a laid-back, neighbourhood vibe in a cool, industrial setting, featuring exposed overhead pipework and metro-style tiling.
While the menu at Bread Street Kitchen Ealing features some common themes, it also showcases dishes exclusive to the location. House favourites include mains like roasted cod, butter chicken curry, fish and chips and dry-aged rib-eye steak.
There's a hearty selection of burgers for those really looking to get stuck in, such as the O.G.R, filled with grass-fed Hereford beef, smoked cheese, house relish and salad, or the Not So Simple with a vegan mushroom burger, vegan cheese, house relish and salad. There is also a large selection of pizzas including all the crowd pleasers, from a classic margherita, to the charred aubergine with toasted pine nuts, garlic pesto and tomato. If you're stuck on what to order, though, the beef wellington for two is a signature show-stopper, with creamy mash potato and red wine jus.
Alongside the a la carte, Bread Street Kitchen also offers some weekend specials such as bottomless brunch and a Sunday roast. Enjoy 90 minutes of free-flowing champagne, prosecco or Bloody Marys on Saturday and Sunday mornings alongside brunch classics such as eggs benedict, ricotta pancakes and an English breakfast.
If you're looking for a spot to host a birthday or special dinner, check out the private dining offering which provides a choices of courses within a set menu. There's a plethora of options depending on the size of your group and type of celebration, with the possibility of adding canapes and a cheese course, too.
Finally, you'll need something to wash all of that fantastic food down with, and luckily Bread Street Kitchen has a sophsticated cocktail menu and curated wine list. We particularly like the sound of the Sicilian Spritz with Malfy Arancia Blood Orange gin, Select Aperitivo, prosecco and tonic.
