At Bird & Bun, we use the freshest ingredients at all times. All our chickens are from the beautiful county of Cumbria, in the North of England. They’ve been raised naturally, free to roam and fed a stable diet, which all contributes to their tender and succulent flavour.
However, that’s only half the reason they taste amazing… Once they’re hand delivered to our door, we coat the chickens with our famous lemon, spices & herb marinade for 24 hours.
Our chickens are then spit roasted for a crispy yet succulent flavour, or flame grilled over our real charcoal Robata grill. We then serve our chicken with a choice of one of our 3 signature and unique gravies.
