Big Easy Bluewater is a multi-level open plan restaurant set over a sprawling 6,500 square feet and able to seat over 250 diners - all found within Kent’s most impressive shopping centre. The venue boasts two bars and a restaurant, set over three floors.

If you’re planning a day of shopping and want somewhere to enjoy a bite to eat within the atmosphere of the mall then the terrace dining space on the promenade is the perfect place to stop for bar snacks or a refreshing cocktail. For somewhere cosy to settle for the evening then the venue’s rum bar boasts an impressive choice of more than 100 different rums along with a more intimate seating area where you can feast on Big Easy’s finest soul food.

Live bands perform on the mezzanine level every night, ensuring the lively and buzzing atmosphere that you can only get from live music. Big Easy’s ethos is to keep their real home-smoked flavours authentic and this can only be done by choosing the finest cuts of meat and smoking them the old school way - wood smoked and allowed plenty of time for the flavour to soak in. This “slow and low” cooking technique ensures the most tender meat and the deepest flavour. Seafood fans will also be delighted as there are three deliveries a week of fresh lobster, straight from the icy waters of Nova Scotia.
