Bar Antoine is brought to London by Yannick Alléno, the multi-Michelin-starred chef renowned for his contemporary twists on French tradition. This lively stand-alone bar is an expansion of the Pavyllon London at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, located in the heart of Mayfair. In honour of his late son, Antoine, the bar has been designed to encapsulate his gleeful and exuberant energy.
The space reflects this spiritedness, combining relaxed and retro decor with jazzy live music to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Wood-panelling, luxurious seating, and understated opulence adorn the main dining area, while the sweeping terrace, with tasteful greenery, provides some privacy.
Inside the bar, the drinks menu is a great example of chef Alléno’s pioneering culinary techniques. Created in collaboration with head mixologist Michele Lombari, Bar Antoine delivers classic cocktails, reinvented. Experimentations with flavour take center stage, with unique mushroom-foam Espresso Martinis and Bloody Marys with hints of tomato and celery essence being served up.
Alongside these innovations, Bar Antoine also features classic cocktails, as well as a choice of wine, Champagne, and mocktails. Another example of Alléno’s special style, the bar also plays with flavour, adding a vibrant kick to spirits with its ‘Allenotics’ - bespoke tonic mixers, varying from fresh Aromitc Citrus, to a more quirky Beetroot.
At the bar you can also find a range of international flavours, in the form of both bar snacks and a la carte items, all with the aim to rekindle nostalgia for Alléno’s worldwide travels. Diverse dishes showcase the very best of both local and global ingredients, such as the Japanese-inspired shiso leaf tempura with caviar, or the karaage fried chicken. Also on offer is a fresh take on fish and chips, and a decadent croqsandwich. The standout dish is Antoine’s Burger: a homage to North African fried bread, topped with teriyaki beef.
With drinks and food menus that express the diversity of London, Bar Antoine reimagines glamour, offering a place of respite in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the West End.
