Anaz is a Bangladeshi and Indian restaurant and takeaway in Findon Valley, just outside Worthing on the south coast. This welcoming restaurant is popular with locals in the Worthing area, and does a roaring trade in takeaways, as well as having plenty of room inside for those eating in.
Sitting on Findon Valley's quaint high street, Anaz is smart on the inside - a mixture of striking red, patterned wallpaper and contemporary artwork. Tablecloths and neatly-folded napkins adorn the tables, making Anaz feel smart enough for an occasion, but still relaxed if you just want a night away from your kitchen. There's also a bar area where you can grab a stool and have a drink.
Anaz does an quite astonishing range of curries - if you like a large menu, you'll be right at home here. All your traditional curry house favourites are here, from the sweet and mild kormas and pasandas, right up to vindaloos and madrases that'll have you sweating. Alongside that, Anaz also has a selection of chef's specials that includes golden tandoori chicken, lamb sambucca (lamb cooked in a medium sauce, then flamed in sambucca) and the popular chicken Anaz delight, which is a secret recipe. There are two more menus of different house specialities to choose from as well, and that's before you get to the sides, sundries and breads. Anaz does a whopping selection of rice dishes, naans, chapatis and parathas, and sides like bhajis, dhal and saag paneer too.
If that all sounds like a lot of choices, fret not - Anaz also has set menus available for one or two people (and you can multiply for bigger groups). Anaz also does home delivery to local postcodes, or you can come and collect your takeaway.
