Swan at The Globe is a relaxed all-day British restaurant located on the banks of the River Thames, where it serves a seasonal menu of classic dishes alongside a curated wine list. Boasting an array of large and small private dining rooms, Swan is well-suited to private dinners, whether it’s an intimate daytime meeting or a celebratory occasion. Eat, meet and celebrate with spectacular views of the river and delicious food in a smart but laid-back setting.
The Bull Room is a clean, intimate and contemporary space that's able to host up to 16 guests around one oval table. Offering views of Shakespeare’s Globe and the River Thames, this room is a great option for client dining, dinner parties and family celebrations. In case you were wondering about the name, the room also boasts a massive bull mosaic on one wall, by sculptor Dido Crosby, which makes for an impressive focal (and talking) point. Finally, glass and copper doors separate the Bull Room from the buzz of the main restaurant, to offer you and your party plenty of privacy while still allowing you to soak up the atmosphere.
For more lavish occasions, you might like to hire the Balcony Room, a penthouse dining room with a private balcony overlooking the river. This beautiful space is very versatile and would work just as well for a business lunch as it would an extravagant dinner or private party. Seat 30 on one long table or 70 on separate round tables, or 120 standing. This room also offers access to a private bar, cloakroom, private bathrooms and a lift.
The River Room, meanwhile, is a private dining area within the main restaurant, a bright and uplifting space for up to 35 guests. Enjoy views of St Pauls and the Thames while you dine, while glass and copper doors allows guests to see into the main dining room, while still enjoying their own exclusive space.
