Surveyors House at RICS Westminster is a historic Victorian building in the heart of Westminster, offering a huge array of spaces for private hire. Famously the home of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Surveyors House opens its doors courtesy of respected British caterer Searcys, hosting private dinners and parties for large and small groups across an array of stunning spaces.
The largest of those is the Lecture Hall. This space is immediately striking, thanks to its enormous arched windows, wood panelled walls and towering corniced ceiling. Tables can be arranged spaciously around the room with capacity for 90 seated guests, but this flexible space can host everything from receptions to conferences. Next door, the Council Chamber is available to hire in conjunction or separately to the Lecture Hall, with room for another 50 seated guests.
For something a little more intimate, check out the President’s Dining Room on the fifth floor, which hosts up to 18 guests for dinner or 40 for a standing canape reception. Windows look out onto iconic landmarks like Big Ben and Westminster Abbey, and this room also has state-of-the-art AV and video-conferencing facilities for those hosting a business lunch.
Surveyors House at RICS Westminster also has a gorgeous roof terrace, which can host 40 guests for a drinks party or similar. The terrace offers some of the most incredible, exclusive views of Westminster - it’s available for bookings in conjunction with the Lecture Hall.
Meanwhile, all the catering at Surveyors House at RICS Westminster is overseen by Searcys, who lay on seasonal British menus that cover everything from canapes and bowl food to multi-course dining packages, business lunches and more.
